Waffer Technology continues its pursuit of breakthroughs in production technology and quality control. In recent years, the company has designed and developed a variety of automated production equipment which covers manufacturing processes ranging from the storage and retrieval of work pieces, manufacturing, and testing so as to integrate numerical control, precision robotics, automated logistics, CCD (Charge Coupled Devices) testing technology, etc. and to transform the conventional manual production model into an automated production model. Accordingly, Waffer technology has achieved substantial improvements in the manufacturing capability and stability of quality of mechanical components. Automated Painting Line：The spray painting room is designed with five isolation layers which can effectively and thoroughly filter out external dust. The automated painting operations are performed by using high-precision robots and a water circulation system is installed in the manual operation area so as to achieve the cleanliness level of Class 10000. The production process of the light metal painting technology includes leather paint, Teflon paint, UV paint, high-gloss paint, and conventional paints. Excellent throughput yields can be achieved in these processes.
